The checklists we actually work from. The first section of each is open to read straight away; the rest unlocks with your email so we know who is using them.

The internal checklists, published as they are.
These are not lead magnets written to look useful. They are the working checklists we run against real accounts — the Google Business Profile setup we complete for every client, the list a site has to pass before it goes live, the audit we run on an ad account we are taking over, and the brief we fill in before any project starts.
They are published because a business that works through them without us is better off than one that does not, and because an owner who has already read them is much easier to have a useful conversation with.
How to use them
- Work through one at a time, in order. They are sequenced so that earlier items make later ones easier.
- Answer honestly. Ticking an item you have not really done only moves the problem later.
- Do the free items first. A large share of what is on these lists costs nothing but attention.
- Redo them quarterly. Hours change, staff change, platforms change — these are not one-off exercises.
Why part of each is gated
The opening section of every checklist is open — enough to judge whether the rest is worth your time. The remainder asks for an email address once, and that single address opens every checklist on the site.
The honest reason: knowing who is using them tells us what to write next, and it is the only thing we ask for anywhere on this website. There is no confirmation loop, no drip sequence, and no sharing with anybody. If you would rather not, everything in these lists is also covered — on your actual accounts — in a free audit.
Would rather we just ran the checklist?
A free audit covers all of this, on your actual accounts, with a prioritised fix list at the end.
