How We Work

A straight line from first call to monthly reporting. Each stage is signed off before the next one starts — that is what keeps work from being redone at your cost.

1

Consult

Free, no obligation. Goals, market, what you have already tried, and what a good month looks like in dollars.

Day 1
2

Plan & Quote

Fixed scope and fixed price in writing, itemised line by line, with GST shown separately.

Within 1 business day
3

Build & Approve

Mockups first, then build. Up to three rounds of revisions, and nothing goes live without your sign-off.

4

Launch

Campaign live and tracking verified — we submit a test form and tap the phone number ourselves.

5

Report & Adjust

One page of numbers each month, plus the two or three changes we are making next and why.

Monthly

Stage 1 — the consult, and what we ask

Free, no obligation, usually fifteen to thirty minutes. We ask what you sell, who buys it, what you have already tried and what happened, and what a good month looks like in dollars rather than impressions.

We will also ask what a new customer is worth to you. If you do not know, working that out is often more valuable than anything else we could do in the first month.

Stage 2 — the quote, and what is on it

A written quote with scope spelled out line by line, the price fixed, and GST as its own line. If a project needs a deposit to hold a start date, that appears on the quote — never as a later surprise.

Anything excluded is listed as excluded. Vagueness in a quote is how disputes start three months later.

Stage 3 — revisions, and where the limit sits

Design and build work includes up to three rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated set of feedback from you — that keeps the project moving and the price honest.

Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted before they are started. Nobody receives an invoice for work they did not knowingly ask for.

Stage 4 — launch, and what "verified" means

Before anything goes live we submit a test form and confirm it records. We tap the phone number and confirm it registers. We check that what the platform reports matches what lands in your inbox.

Skipping this is the most common reason a business genuinely cannot tell whether its marketing worked.

Stage 5 · reporting

What the monthly report actually contains.

One page. Not a forty-tab dashboard nobody opens, and not a screenshot of a platform interface with no interpretation attached.

  1. Spend — what went to advertising and what went to management, stated separately.
  2. Enquiries — how many calls, forms and messages arrived, and how that compares with last month.
  3. Source — which channel produced each one, so you can see what is earning its place.
  4. Cost per enquiry — the number that actually decides whether to spend more or less next month.
  5. What we changed — the specific adjustments made during the month, and why.
  6. What changes next — two or three decisions for the month ahead, for you to approve or veto.

If a channel is not earning its place we say so — including when that means recommending you cut our own scope.

Getting started

What We Need From You In Week One

Gather these before the first call and the whole thing moves about a week faster.

Website access

Admin login, or hosting and domain details if the site was built by someone else.

Google Business Profile

Access to the listing, or confirmation that it has never been claimed.

Existing ad accounts

Google Ads and Meta Business accounts if they exist, even dormant ones.

Logo and brand files

Original vector files if you have them. If all you have is a JPEG, say so — we can redraw it.

Photos

Pictures of your work, premises and team. The most common bottleneck by a wide margin.

Service and price list

What you sell, what it costs, and anything you would rather not advertise.

Commercial terms

The billing side, stated up front.

Nothing here should be a surprise when the first invoice arrives.

QuotingScope and price are agreed in writing before work begins. GST is shown as a separate line rather than folded into the total.
DepositsProject work is confirmed with a deposit, which holds your start date. The balance falls due on completion or before delivery.
RetainersBilled monthly in advance. Month to month after any agreed initial term — usually three months, because less than that cannot be judged fairly.
Payment methodsInterac e-Transfer preferred and free. Cheques accepted. Credit cards carry a disclosed 2.4% processing surcharge, never added silently.
Ad spendGoogle and Meta budgets are billed directly to you by the platform. Our fee is fixed and takes no percentage of media spend.
RevisionsUp to three rounds included on design and build work. Additional rounds and out-of-scope changes are quoted before they are started.
OwnershipOnce paid in full, the website, artwork and ad accounts are yours. You keep the logins whether you stay with us or not.
Ending the workNotice given before the next billing date. We hand over accounts, files and access without holding anything back.
